I skipped my dinner last night!!
Well, i suppose one or two meals wont make any significant changes.


Point out that wanting to look beautiful is healthy and good for one’s self esteem. To wear shorts with no flabby or muscular thighs.


I was surfing net in the morning and i came across these two photos..

This is DEFINITELY NOT ME. Cos i wont give that pose that IF i hav salulite.

Can you accept some gers walking around with shorts with salulite thighs?
Oh, i do not want that. Do not wan = exercise



I must motivate myself to use the cycling machine at my house to tone up my thighs. to make full use of the neglected machine for at least 6 mths. i hope it's not dusty.
10 mins per day? that will be my max limit. And soon...




I will hav a pair of sexy and nice legs that everybody will adore!

But of cos, celebs alway tend to look better in photographs, poster. Camera angles and special lenses give the false appearance that models are skinnier than they actually are.


I'll try my best not to classify this as only a dream. I've placed the Levis 24 nearby my bed to motivate myself already.


But right now, at this moment, i'm beginning to even suspect of myself to be this firm. Sometimes rejecting a bowl of delicious food is such a difficult task.
I've tried to only take a few pieces of Yong Tau Hu Tang, 1 banana with some energy water per day for 2-3 days and my doublechin disappeared!








But well, just when will i ever start that 10 mins per day session???? Hmmm.






Perhaps everything will takes up at least a yr??
well, i only wan to kick away the flabby parts.
