How to be a "good" wedding emcee

bb n me just went to a wedding on Fri at Hilltop Restaurant. quite gd embience with charming groom n beautiful bride, and food was fine too. oh e emcee... dress presentable, yet with a funky yoyo blink blink cap with him on e stage. u noe.. he's those "yo yo watss up" guy.

1. Hello!! thank you for comin. so now, tis time, today date ..... ==> direct translation?
2. come on! everybody hold ur CUPS n "yam-seng" ==> glasses sound better??
3. now e lovely couple will hav their Jiao Bei Jiu sorry, i duno wats in eng. ==> there's a german-mix at my table. u mean nuptial cup??

haiz.. i noe he might quite b a funny guy, but he cant b a gd wedding emcee. must do some homewk de lei.. my eng not fantastic but i will do homewk. :p anyway, i was sitting with a bunch of army guys and they surprised me!! scroll down!

1. they speak gd eng. even e most ah-beng oso study Bio-tech and speak gd eng
2. they can finish within 5 mins whenever a new dish was served ==> act fast act fast!! when bb not ard, i hav to keep his share oso. first time to weddin dinner so gan chiong one!!!
3. they drink (beer) alot!! eat alot!!
4. they self-service - take e beer bottle n refill themselves, waiter cant follow their drinking pace. they drank as if free! (true, it's free)

still, dinner with them was fun. german-mixed guy (complexion gd, quite gd-looking - mix mah, but quite fat), all eng so powerful, so they alway spot the emcee's english and create joke! to wrap up, ALL E BEST TO THE COUPLE!


so.. HOME-ALONE 3 hrs today. bb went gym n i watched tv to kill time. whiskey whiskey.. at least he would lie beside me if he's still ard. just like jeannie prayed, hopefully he will be a human in his next life.

cooked some food with bb and he acc me to watch tv, for awhile. SAT CHANNEL 8 LATE NITE MOVIE = MURDER, GHOST
